A total of 32 representatives from various fields were awarded state awards. The corresponding Decree No. 68 was signed by Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko on February 25.
Orders, medals, and honorary titles were awarded for many years of productive work, high professionalism, significant personal contributions to the fight against crime, the development of the light industry, food industry, mechanical engineering, and chemical industry, agriculture, and civil aviation, high production performance, and outstanding achievements in education, science, and sports.
As a reminder, Anatoly Leonidovich trained many worthy athletes, including Anton Smolsky, a fellow countryman and biathlete who won a medal at the XXIV Winter Olympics in Beijing.
