A state commission has been created in Belarus to monitor the preparation and conduct of the 2025 admissions campaign. The corresponding decree No. 152 was signed on 14 April by President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
Deputy Prime Minister Vladimir Karanik has been appointed Chairman of the commission. The commission includes representatives of the Council of the Republic and the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus, government bodies, regulatory bodies and public organizations.
The implementation of the decree will ensure the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens when entering higher and secondary specialized educational institutions, and, if necessary, take prompt response measures to prevent violations of the law.
