The main acceptance of documents from applicants has started in Belarusian universities, BELTA reports.
The acceptance of documents for the budget will last until July 17. Internal entrance examinations will be held from July 18 to 25. Enrollment for the budget will end on July 27.
The acceptance of documents for the fee-based form also started today, it will last until August 1, while those taking internal examinations at universities must submit documents by July 17. Enrollment of fee-based students will end on August 3.
This applies to the main block of specialties, the vast majority of them. At the same time, there are certain variations in the timing for some specialties. Thus, for some specialties of the security sector, the acceptance of documents for the budget will take place from July 12 to 19, entrance examinations will be held there on July 20-21, and enrollment will be until July 22. Graduates of pedagogical, sports and pedagogical classes, as well as the National Children’s Technopark, submit documents for the budget from July 12 to 14, they will be enrolled by July 27. For agricultural specialties (full-time budget form), the following deadlines are relevant: submission of documents — July 12-19, internal entrance examinations — July 20-25, enrollment — by July 27. Applicants to agricultural specialties who pass internal entrance examinations for the fee-paying department submit documents from July 12-19, for those who do not pass the acceptance of documents will last until August 2, enrollment for both categories will take place by August 3. Admission and enrollment in agricultural universities for the correspondence department will take place until December 20.
In 2025, Belarusian universities are ready to accept about 48.2 thousand first-year students, including about 31.8 thousand students for the budget form of education. Among them, more than 7.5 thousand are future engineers, 3.9 thousand are teachers, 2.9 thousand are doctors, 2.8 thousand are farmers. Another 16.4 thousand people will enroll in paid education. This year, more than 56 thousand people graduated from 11th grade in the country.
