The welding robotic system, manufactured by Cloos (Germany), was purchased without attracting credit resources, particularly at own costs of the plant
Embedded equipment is designed for welding large structures and increased lifting capacity dumpers ad units (base and the platform dump trucks, bucket loaders). The complex consists of two welding robots mounted on a common portal, welding table for flat parts and the L-shaped arm with a movable support bar. The equipment is also fitted with a control system with touch screen and remote control. It has put a full version of the software simulation of welding processes Robo Plan and provision for remote maintenance.
Experts Belarusian Autoworks hope that the introduction of appropriate equipment will provide increased productivity, will significantly improve quality of the welds , and contribute to the improvement of working conditions.
On businesses were told that another similar robotic system for welding is to be commissioned this summer. Already started to finance this purchase .
