Juvenile committee will monitor the situation of children and young people of school age living in families at risk. According to the families will be encouraged to apply for the provision of targeted social assistance to the territorial social service centers. Bodies and agencies of the prevention of child neglect and juvenile delinquency intensify efforts to identify children who are not enrolled in educational institutions, to ensure they receive compulsory secondary education within the framework of existing legislation.
The campaign "Help to learn" is held in 2 stages.
The primary task is to identify and provide financial assistance to families who are in a difficult situation or a socially dangerous situation, to prepare children for school.
