Belarus is ready to work with Stadler Rail Group and implement proposals of the company's senior executives, Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko said as he met with Peter Spuhler, CEO and owner of Stadler Rail Group, on 1 August, BelTA has learned.
“You have created almost 500 highly productive jobs in Belarus. You are working with innovations, which, as they say, are in trend today. These are our main objectives which we will pursue in 2016-2021. In this regard, you can be sure that we are ready to work with you and implement all proposals of your company,” Alexander Lukashenko said.
The President added that the company has done a lot in Belarus within a year of work. “Of course, new issues and, perhaps, new interests emerge in the process of work,” the head of state remarked. “I am aware of your proposals regarding the expansion of production in Belarus. Let's discuss the whole set of issues.”
