On June 7, the long-awaited grand opening of the National Football Stadium took place in Minsk. An honorary delegation from the Kopyl District attended the ceremony.
This grand event was the culmination of 6 years of hard work. Preparations for the site began back in January 2019, and now the arena has opened its gates!

A symbol of friendship: The project embodies the strong ties between Belarus and China. It is made with a "Chinese twist", designed and built according to Chinese standards and norms.
Architectural order: Approaches to the stadium are thought out according to the cardinal directions.

Arena power: The stadium meets the highest FIFA standards! Natural pitch (105 x 68 m), 33,000 spectators in the stands, heating and irrigation systems. There is everything you need: VIP zones, modern locker rooms, a press center, a cafe, shops and even a fitness club.
The opening ceremony was attended by the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko. And following the official part, the first football match started at the new stadium - the youth teams of Belarus and China met in it.
