Vladimir Valerievich's education is This is the case when you have not just one diploma, but a whole collection. In 2011, he graduated from the Moscow State University of Technology and Management. A year later, he completed a master's degree at the Institute for Scientific Personnel Training of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. In 2014, he completed retraining at Baranovichi State University, and in 2016, he completed a postgraduate course at the Minsk Innovation University. This foundation allowed him not only to enter the profession, but to quickly rise to managerial heights.
He began his career in tax authorities in 2014 in Slutsk. He was the chief state tax inspector of the department for control over organizations of the department for control over organizations of the inspectorate of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties of the Republic of Belarus for the Slutsk district. Then he headed the department of trade and services of the Slutsk district executive committee.
