Specialists of nine territorial social service centres jointly with the civil registration offices have set up 14 schools for under-age mothers, BelTA learnt in the committee for labour, employment and social protection of the Minsk Oblast Executive Committee. Schools psychologists, professors and other specialists will provide social support for under-age mothers. Young mothers will acquire necessary knowledge about child care and family relations. Territorial social service centres provide social support and services to the population. Specialists of the centres carry out programmes of social rehabilitation, provide socio-psychological, juridical and other services and financial support. In 2008, the territorial social service centres allocated Br9.3 million to support low-income families. More than 16,500 people received humanitarian aid at the amount of Br373.3 million. The territorial social service centres conducted a number of Back to School charity actions in the regions of the Minsk oblast. The humanitarian aid at the amount of Br21.8 million was disbursed among 1,459 students from 667 large families. There are 39 correctional (952 people), 11 training and 90 consulting groups in the Minsk oblast. They provide group and individual psychological aid. БЕЛТА
